Besides, the group renovating the arena and bringing in the NHL are concert-centric. I question whether SU gets quality dates in this arrangement.

Still, if you're a college paying rent to play in someone else's arena, it's a magnitude of degrees more costly than having your own place.

OVG has said they would allow them to come back and keep them at their before reno rent rate... Dates can be worked around. If MSG can handle everything they have in their building OVG can do the same...

Good stuff lopes. I'm glad they are keeping costs down for SeattleU. IIRC, there is some curtain system being installed to make the arena more intimate for less populous events. Essentially closing off the upper bowl.
