Actually there was. It was flagrant defensive PI. He was holding the Clemson player all the way down, lost his grip and fell.

Maybe if the WR fell down, but otherwise I just thought it was handfighting

He had his jersey, not just the hands.

They both had each other going down field. When the ball was under thrown, the DB grabbed the center of the WR chest to assist with braking. As the WR didn’t fall and was impeded, the TD should have stood. While I can see the DPI, I don’t know how OPI was called
