Realism not jaded biased rose colored glasses statements. Tell me I am wrong. You can't and if you do...it will again show how much you are clueless about football. Say it .....I dare you to tell everyone on this board that the ODU job is better than the Appy State job.

Cant say its better, but we do offer some things that could help us compete. Our stadium is nicer, our location is arguably nicer depending on what you like, when doing well... our fanbases are comparable. We have the same potential, just haven't reached it yet. I'd say it comes down to money. If ODU could offer more cash, I think we can compete with App in the wars to hire a coach.

If football is the only thing in the decision I'd say they have a leg up right now. But family, location, ceiling, etc all count. If the coach their family like the mountains and quiet life App has a leg up. But outside of that I dont see the appeal.
