Nope. Use the same approach that landed Fuete and Norvell. Hire an outside firm.

There was no outside firm with Norvell. I was sure everyone knew that.

And Fuente wasn't the selection committee's first choice. McElwain was. Contract talks got hung up (I think on buyout numbers), and Raines (I think) selected Fuente.

The school principal didnt select fuente. Lol. Come on man. You serious? That's terrifying.
