So if they don't rule to your liking they are ignoring their oath of office. Unless the democrats come up with something more than hearsay then I would have to think they are following their oath to support the constitution if they throw it out.

IMO, with what I've seen in testimony so far, I think they'd be ignoring their oath of office to not vote to convict. Especially if we never hear from Rudy, et. al. If they aren't deposed, that is clear evidence to me of obstruction of an authorized congressional investigation.

The testimony to date has been based on hearsay.

Hearsay and making up personal opinions based on other people’s proffered hearsay. This is now the standard of the Left’s evidence. This entire thing is like a terrible movie spoofed on MST 3000.
