Yes, the hot dogs were a joke. Paper wrappers flying everywhere. It looks like they were trying to promote the new hot dog vendor - Red Hot Chicago. They wrap the dogs in those paper wrappers, which is fine but not to throw in the stands. All they had to do was stick a piece of tape on them. Problem solved, but it’s probably too complicated for them. Of course, people were clamoring for them, even after the wrapper flew off.
