Same boot I wore when I tore my Achilles some years ago. I am sure it is a pretty versatile medical device for injuries in that area, but not a good sign. Reviewing the basketball release video someone posted earlier, I don’t recall seeing any video footage of Binelli.

Those boots are used in a lot of situations. So it can mean a lot of things.
However, that boot plus crutches is concerning. It means either a bad injury (like a major tendon tear) or an attempt to speed healing to a minor injury (stress fracture/strained ligament). He is a big man, so it could be the latter.
