From my understanding...Not getting the WSU game back is Penny's decision. They had a date lined up but it would be 4 road games in a row for Memphis so he said no.

Gonna need some confirmation of that.. first ive heard of this.

And even if true.. for an exec in charge of maximizing exposure and value of the conference they should be able to make the difficult decision of "postponing" the Memphis-USF game and facilitating a move of Memphis vs WSU to Tuesday.
