The only thing I'd love to do is put balconies on the side of Dieterle facing the field and maybe add some sort of party platform to the roof. Imagine another 300 rockin fans on top of that building or on balconies coming off of it. Put a bar up top and hopefully you'd also clear out some of the congestion in the walkways.
Similar to the rooftops next to Wrigley Field.
