Or maybe we fat, obese, lazy, path of least resistance midwesterners could walk a mile or so to get to campus for games, on SIX occasions per year. If we desire to tailgate, we can arrive a bit early, drop off our supplies/material at The Grid, and then the ONE non-obese, non-lazy, non-drunk person in our group could drive our provisions vehicle to a parking place a mile away, park and walk back.

Those of us with real disabilities could be transported by shuttles from remote parking lots.

I love cars more than just about anyone I know, (I currently own two Porsche 911's) but good gosh, do we really need to turn every low value, non-developed piece of strategically located dirt into a parking lot???

Nippert Stadium and the Entire UC Campus is literally a Crown Jewel. Do you people really not understand what you have here????
