Burnet Woods will never be used for a UC parking garage never. UC cut into what was Burnet Woods to add DAAP, Crosley etc with an agreement to go no further which is why you never hear serious mention of encroaching on Burnet Woods even though UC is land locked. Never say never, enough money talks. Either way, I believe parking should be addressed if they were ever to expand.

I suppose you can never say never but powerful people have been asking about expanding UC into Burnet or 40+ years. It came up during the different master plan phases for academic building expansion as well as for athletics expansion. Money has been dangled too but the city of Cincinnati and Clifton community will never have it.
