There's a Northern Sun Conference, with 16 members, 9 of them in Minnesota.

If no waiver is granted, and I doubt that it will be rejected, then they're stuck in D3 without a conference. I doubt the NSIC adds them as they're looking to downsize should Augustana is the Tommies' SL replacement.
