But I do like the additional proposals posted as well. Especially striking out on foul balls.

The problem is with the CBA and the union now- they can't just unilaterally do stuff... No commissioner could do what Mountain did now today.

If Landis was commissioner today, the owners would fire him before the end of his first pay period. If you're not completely sure of that, ask Fay Vincent.
