Absolutely agree with the first point/sentence. The second point is frankly irrelevant - very few people are going to care about foreign policy during this election cycle, outside of which candidate is going to punish China most effectively. People are going to vote on a) who can handle the coronavirus response the best and b) who can get the economy out of a depression in the best way. People are likely going to care very little about impeachment, Russia, Ukraine, North Korea, insert other policy point here. As per usual, the pocketbook vote book will be huge.
