Biden, now: NFW I am opening up my public papers at the University of Delaware for this.

Democratic officials, on the refusal to open up the UD Biden papers: <crickets>

(D)ouble standard.

I don’t know anything about the Delaware records, but are they public in the same way Kavanaugh’s were? IIRC, Kavanaugh’s were related to his time as a public servant in the Bush admin, right?

Yes, his papers during his time in the Senate. 36 years worth. That number in the previous sentence might be worthy of a topic all its own.

Heh... Slow Joe was *elected* to office when I was 8.

Ah, gotcha. The Univ of Delaware threw me off. Does he basically have a “presidential library” there for his records?

If they’re public, someone should just FOIA them.
