I have never head the slang term "shtuff" so you are once again expanding my vocabulary. Except that after looking at a few definitions, I still don't know what you are talking about and I can't tell the gender of either individual. Generally, workplace sex is a bad idea, particularly when there is a large gap between the relative intra-office power of the parties involved.
