Saying 'perhaps' doesnt come close to an acknowledgement -- you know that and I know that. The difference is that for some reason you cant explicitly acknowledge that, and instead head down the cha cha cha path. So be it.

When someone points to a third grade level articulation of 'since I used "perhaps" it means anything else in the world as well', sorry, that is just kind of brain dead. Ive seen that umpteen times in polyester suit plaintiff's attorneys -- your articulation of that version is no better than theirs.
