I remember 2008, when the Democrats here essentially made it Obama vs. Palin, asserting that McCain was unlikely to live through a term. I think it is unlikely that Biden can do the job - just imagine him babbling like that in top level discussions with any ally or any enemy.
We’re likely looking at two candidates with noticeably deteriorating mental abilities duking it out. It’s a concern about Biden for me. You similarly concerned about Trump?

Not so far. Right now, he is way, way sharper than Biden.
