Yes we do actually. It's kind of stunning but the job market is pretty sparse these days - the folks getting hired aren't super impressive IMO. But there is a world of difference between 1970 and 2019.

To solve this problem, I'm sure you can come up with some policies to reduce the demand for labor and otherwise make the job market more favorable to employers.
