Me: points out instance of someone not renting a space to someone, explicitly because of their race (they said they do not support interracial marriages, which is race related).

The venue is not an apartment house, and as far as I know objected to the mixed marriage,not the black guy. But if it makes you happy, I will amend my statement to, I only know of one instance when a couple trying to rent a wedding venue was rejected. And in your mind, does this now prove the US is oppressive?

I wonder, if you called 10,000 apartment complexes in Houston and asked if they rented to blacks, how many noes do you you would get. My estimate is zero. In 1955, my estimate would be 9,000.
