No, dumb***, that's more of a description of you than me.
I don't agree with the searches at the airport. I don't agree with abortion being legal. But what I do agree with is the foundation of our government, and if the judicial branch rules that laws allowing searches at airports or abortion are legal under our Constitution then they are legal until proven otherwise. Our Constitution provided checks and balances. If the Legislative branch passes a law the Executive branch can veto it and the Judicial branch can rule if it's Constitutional. Thus far your complaints about the 4th Amendment have been ruled to be bogus by the Judicial branch, thus your complaints do not pass Constitutional muster. If you think you have a case then I suggest you file a lawsuit and follow the Constitutional process to seek redress. If not then shut the **** up with your baseless claims.
Oh, is that right?
So if more restrictive gun laws get passed under the next Dem president and enforced I can look forward to you arguing with people about how that's Constitutional? Because Congress and the courts say so?
Interesting change from my initial question when I asked how you felt about TSA and you said "show me where the Constitution says you have a right to fly on planes".
That whole paragraph is a bootlicking answer. "If our government says its constitutional then it is!" That attitude is how we ended up with a f*cking police state, welfare state, military industrial complex, nanny state.
Left and right both hate freedom.
You are seriously too stupid to debate with.
It's no change. You don't have the Constitutional right to fly on a plane without a search, as affirmed by the judicial branch in multiple rulings. It's crystal ******* clear that you are wrong and I am right.
There have been plenty of Supreme Court rulings regarding guns that I don't agree with.
In your hypothesis about gun laws it's highly doubtful considering the make-up of the federal court in the foreseeable future that your wet dreams of draconian gun laws are going to come to pass so that's not a concern. Best try to obtain citizenship in Australia or New Zealand than putting your chips in that basket.
