You're completely missing the point I'll explain it for the millionth time:

Just like what people are saying right now about Hop (that he's not a good HC, he's not the answer, he can't win a champ etc.)...people said the SAME EXACT THING about Fedora during HIS first 3 years. Before year 4, Fedora made the necessary staff changes (DC Dan Disch, S/C Paul Jackson) and went 12-2 and won CUSA. Before year 4, Hop has made his necessary staff changes (OC Buster Faulkner, S/C Jim Durning, OL coach Stancheck)...what will Hop's team do in his year 4? It remains to be seen...
