Have Air Force move to the Big Sky and let Air Force get the Navy sweetheart TV deal with CBS Sports Network. Have a provision that all Commander in Chief trophy games appear on CBS OTA like they do for Navy vs. Notre Dame.

This isn't accurate.

FIFY

Navy vs Notre Dame will be on NBC or ABC depending on home team. The old set up with it on CBS was from Navy's independent deal. That game is now owned by the AAC and in their contract with Disney/ESPN. Navy does not have a sweetheart deal. The Navy tier was sold to CBSsports because of day time considerations, that money will be added along with CBS OTA basketball contract into the media pay outs pool from the AAC. It isn't known currently what the football only percentage is, but in the old Big East, football schools got a double share plus (70% to 30%). So the line is some where between 40 and 70 percent of a full share for Navy. The Army/Navy contract is separate and Navy keeps the proceeds from it. I believe that deal is until 2029 but I may be wrong. Just like with Navy's independent deal joining the AAC would not change that contract. I am sure CBS would want it as a stand alone game at the end of the season so adding Army would have to work around that and likely avoid rematches.

Tulane would remain in the west with the other private schools and two academies, likely Memphis (who is also within 400 miles of an East school) would move east.
