Is he recruited as a QB or ATH?

Think he is coming as an athlete. Was a QB and safety, I think, at Hazel Green HS. Don't think he was recruited much out of high school, before going to Butler CC, where he did not play as a freshman. Has four years of eligibility left.

Yep, per himself he’s a QB so we may have five now.

Kinda unusual to sign QB that didn't have a good enough HS resume to go D1 and after a redshirt year at a JUCO. I thought he might be a Star LB (hybrid safety/LB).
