Think that many CAA schools want FBS, like Delaware, James Madison, Stony Brook, Albany as well as Jacksonville St and NC A&T. That league would instantly have a very high cable footprint like the ACC’s.

Did you even read the link you posted? Literally none of those schools are in the ASUN or the CCSA.

There is no point to chasing cable boxes for conferences anymore. Cable is being cut and none of the schools in this arrangement or including the others you mentioned are going to get basic carriage on any package in any market. ESPN+ will handle the media deal with a select few games potentially getting higher programing based on special circumstances.
