Instead of a dome, why not put awnings over both upper decks kindof like they have on the one side of Heinz Field in Pittsburgh? That knocks out a lot of rain without ruining the view.

Also, if LU ever decides to put seats in the berm area, those seats should be retractible. In other words, pull them out for when LU has the home game against VA Tech, but leave them closed for the non p5 home opponents.
