Though Bailey is currently only listed as a pitcher on the official roster, he was ranked by Perfect Game as the # 18 Outfielder in the state from the 2019 class. As a Senior at the Pro 5 Baseball Academy, Bailey had a 1.27 ERA on the mound and batted .314 at the plate. Corroborating Perfect Game's ranking, PBR North Carolina ranked Bailey among the top 10 Outfielders in the state.

Given his skills as a regular player and featuring a fastball clocked at 89 MPH in March 2019, its clear that Greyson is a very talented athlete and a prospect to watch out for in the coming years.
