I agree that ECU/UNCW should always play H&H. Outside of recruiting, there's not much that McGrath has done that makes much sense IMO. You can add doing away with this game to that list.

Yeah it's a good game for attendance on both fronts. I don't like our OOC, I am hopeful this is the final year of this garbage.

Our recruiting however appears to have hit another level. Our two JUCO bigs might be projects, the remainder of the class looks like P5/AAC level recruits honestly.

Honestly, our rivalry has not been the same since ECU backed out the first time. But I would like to see it get back to what it was. And hopefully it will get back to that. It could be beneficial for both teams if we both grow our programs.

I would agree, part of that has been due to our products (minus your Keats years). I also don't like the fact the game is generally played with no students.

This really feels like a turning point class for us. I do think the AAC is going to be brutal next year, so we will see if it's good enough to get us to the upper half of the league.
