I wonder if this had to do with where the CAA football package was distributed - I don’t live in CAA TV territories anymore, but I live in a FOX Sports network region. I got FCS by logging into FOX Sports Go with my Hulu live TV credentials, even though it wasn’t technically part of the Hulu TV package. I could watch every CAA football game on that network the last few seasons on FOX College Sports through the FSGo app. All in crystal-clear 720p
HD.

The only FOX Sports nets within the CAA football footprint are FS Carolinas and NESN, which is probably why UNH, UMaine, and URI were in heavy rotation on that FCS package. Obviously would have covered Elon too, but doesn’t explain the rest of the league.
