i can watch ALL the ESPN network games, plus basically every other game ESPN has a deal with, which is quite a lot of inventory. The content that is accessible is enormous....especially for 4.99/month.

This is not correct. You only get ESPN3 and ESPN+ content for the $5 month. The ESPN3 content is even already free with a TV package technically.

Anything on their linear networks, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPNews will still require a log in from a TV package.

i'm not a cord cutter, nor will i be. i have Fios as well.

i have two tv's in my rec room....one on Fios, one on Roku. With the ESPN+ i'm able to put those two on separate games with dozens upon dozens to choose from, whether on linear ESPN, ESPN+ or some other network.

for $5, that extra inventory is worth it for me, especially since i start my saturday mornings watching European soccer and ESPN+ has plenty of that as well.

End with Australian league football and rugby and you got a full day.
