RE: CAA Streaming Deal with FloSports
I'm not an expert on how the ESPN contract works with the various conferences, but I do know that the SoCon has had a contract now for several years with ESPN (ESPN3 & ESPN+). Not all football or basketball games are broadcast on ESPN+ (pay), but at least a third are broadcast on ESPN3, ESPN does get to decide which stream a game will be on. I know that most all the schools have had games broadcast on local stations, so while ESPN may own the rights, they don't prevent local stations from broadcasting games.
