2. (most important by far) significantly further improvement in 2021

Just think: In Bloom can go 7-6 (bowl win), he will have matched in only three years what St. Toad did in one. And with a further three game improvement in 2021, he will have matched in four years what he who shall not be mentioned did in two.

If he gets us to 10 wins by 2021, I will be happy with him. But so far, it is just 2019.

A bowl win at 6-6 might be a little much to ask, but further progress in 2021 is implied. The program is in shambles.

How is the program in shambles?
And why can't you qualify for a bowl yet not be expected to have a realistic chance of winning it?
