Honestly, I had no idea there was such a thing, nor can I find the rules that apply to it, so I don't know what that practically means for the rest of the season. There is also no indication I can find of what the injury might be.

I think it means when healthy he can return to the 10 man practice squard, of course Titans would need to release a current player there for him to be added. However it looks like he would not be eligible to be added to 53 man roster this season.
