not really 8% on personal income taxes is less than a half million difference at that income level, food ect is not that much higher and utilities even if doubled would be less than $10,000 difference

and real estate you only take a hit if you lose money when you sell if you buy and sell and break even or better then the cost of acquisition does not really matter

he will probably net $500,000 a year or better and probably closer to $750,000 after all taxes

There's a reason all those "elite" coaches tuned down UCLA... Don't forget Admission fraud cases as well!! 03-lmfao
