Yes, very much so. Starting way back when I was a student. Couldn't have a better location. People are great and even excellent live music. Not far from action in downtown. Best spot for the game. Walking
Distance to stadium . Rotier's is close by my favorite
campus hang out.

Definitely clean with a nice staff. You could pay twice what you're probably paying and not have a better time. I would go to the game but UT is playing up the
