I was thinking same thing, how can a school have a basketball program and never win an NCAA game or even qualify for the NIT?

You like rating systems a lot. It’s all you have when you try to defend ISU football. Sagarin rating. Where is ISU(not iowa state) and NIU in the sagarin basketball rankings?

Just to be fair and not use just one random computer program ranking system, where is ISU football in the the Massey-Peabody, espn power index, S&P and FEI rating systems? That should give us a better overall picture of true ranking. Let me know what you find.

ISU is awful this year, they are ranked as low as I can ever recall, it happens.. Over time, Redbirds have been MUCH better as the prior stats state.

Sagarin is the only one that I kknow of that puts FBS and FCS together
