I am certainly glad to finally understand that a court ruling under a basis of law it understands to control that policing a ballot for prerequisites is a government directed at disenfranchised voters.


And is exactly the same as trying to talk the Vice President into throwing out the electoral votes certified by states, with no disagreement within the state government on the certified votes, and no viable court cases ongoing on the issue. Not just throw out, but throw out with zero underlying authority. And the whip up a Mob to violence for that horrible act of not shitting on ghe electoral votes simply because as a response. The action of tossing the electoral votes representing about 20 million votes cast in those states.

But worse. Because although the state didn't argue the case, fid not defend the issue in appeal, nor was an executive action by a state official, nor was a legislative issue or push by the state...
