Again... Thomas will typically vote as expected so it's hard to prove that he's being influenced. What if there was a case where his leanings would be to vote with the "other side" but he decides that he doesn't want to piss off his benefactors. That sort of influence is invisible. If there is any influence, that would be the more likely scenario. You're asking to prove the unproveable.

I'm not saying that CT has be influenced by all this. I'm saying that what you're asking for should not be the factor that determines whether or not that CT should have been disclosing these financial relationships.

So, in post 3268, what are you "suspicious" of?

I am suspicious that CT was actively trying to cover up gifts from Crow specifically.
