I said what I said... and its pretty obvious and doesn't need to be clarified... and asking 'are you saying' really means... I'm going to re-state what I know you said in order to deflect from the VERY simple question 'you' (meaning me) asked. If they are so different, then please show me how this is different in terms of it being a way 'around' the law.

Someone up for murder will claim precisely that... and if they can convince one person that they were merely trying to assist someone with an abortion that they understood (even if incorrectly) that the person actually wanted... but they couldn't have one because it was illegal if a doctor performed it.
