I would estimate that I have watched Fox somewhere between 2 and 5 hours in the last year, but I get that response to posts all the time. I have made very few, if any, posts that I would not have said the same thing in the 1980s, when there was no Fox News and I had never heard of Sean Hannity. Like OO, in response to statements that I got something from right wing media, I am prone to respond, no, they got that idea from me.

Well-stated and Ditto. But to elaborate (tl;dr version: America and God are great and all its people are worthy, despite what the Left tries to get you to believe.)

I have little time to watch tv opinion shows, but they are on sometimes in the background and I catch most of them in small doses that way at other places. In my own abode, I mostly watch hockey (ignoring the wokeness since I love the sport, not the gratuitous virtue-signalling) and baseball (same) as well as older shows and films (many produced by the long-since vanished old-style Left, which today would be considered far-right wing by may of today's self-identifying Left, ironically) because they were mostly well written and well done.

I have little use or time to waste on artificial CG produced gargoyles, demons and vampires coupled with illogical gender lies which from passing snippets seen while out and about seem to be prevalent if not dominating the broadcasts these days. Which is truly sad to see and a waste of creative talent, but c'est la vie. I have never wasted time streaming anything. More the time to read and spend with family and friends. Mostly I read paper books, many used as they are original versions and not "reformatted for better highway vision" to today's ignorant, an unfortunate but growing occurrence from the globalist publishing houses of today.

The concordance of my views and those of mainstream legal American citizens with anything on "the news" is based, as you correctly state, on objective truth resulting in values defined for a while and more or less consistent that happen to be what most normal legal American citizens have believed and still maintain.

Yes, although certainly not perfect (and I don't know how he'll answer for his multiple marriages, but that's not my problem nor my concern) he was/is a mostly exceptional executive with a keen and fearless eye for more often than not spotting the core issues and then working hard to address them, to the eternal dismay and frustration of the McConnell/Bush/Schumer/Leftist trope who prey upon the ignorance they pervade in the MSM and gub'mint skewel gulags.

When he originally announced my thought was 'oh, he wants to sell some books and further cozy up with the Clintons' and have a little footnote to his historical bucket list to check off that he ran once, but delving deeper, he was far more Centrist than I had thought upon first glance, and indeed he was heavily courted by the Democrats to be THEIR candidate (folks forget).

Instead he surprised them by basically stating that politically-wise he had matured and as an adult saw what most find as they get into the real world: Leftist/socialist policies 'sound' good to younger/un-evolved and inexperienced minds, but anyone actually transacting productive work in the world quickly realizes after just a few years that Socialist/Leftist policies and ideas are the opposite of anything that actually can or ever will work or make anything better.

He found when put to the task of actually defining what he believed, he was (probably surprising to even himself, after having tried to live the leftist dream that could never be true) essentially a conservative who believed in traditional American values underpinning the foundations of the country and that we had drifted far from the things that made the country grow and work so well, despite the flaws that crept up along the way.

He seemed to resolve to be determined that were he fortunate enough to be elected he would say what he would do and he would then try to do exactly what he had said. This was infuriating to politicians and elitists on both sides of the aisle who do anything but what they say and only exist to milk the bloated dysfunctional system the graft onto our Constitutional Republic and kick any cans further down the road.

Heaven forbid anyone on the Right or the Left actually do something that worked for the betterment of, say the average black citizen or the average middle-class family. But when he actually did this, and it worked better than any gub'mint program ever would or could, he exposed their lies for what they were.

Both the Bush-clan RINO neo-con and the leftist of any stripe hated him equally. He exposed their very uselessness in a way that every average American could see. Their hatred of him served only one purpose, the Leftists pushed him to become and embrace more conservative positions than he would have had they worked together with him to actually solve problems and keep our enemies at bay, something that, no matter your political stripe, he was actually very, very good at. They were jealous of him and remain so to this day, thus their hatred seethes.

He's good at what he does and they can't stand it. He may not be the greatest husband, although he appears far better than any Obama, Biden or Clinton, which admittedly isn't saying much. He appears to be a loving and concerned father, which flies circles around the afore-mentioned crew. He didn't "pay his dues" and he openly refuses to pay unnecessary homage to them and their idiotic made-up rules which don't exists in our Constitution and were specifically warned against by George Washington, who himself had a Trumpian disdain for the political class. It's classic family psychology 101.

As he famously said many times during his campaign: "Vote for me, what have you got to lose?" and after 60 years of complete and total undeniable and factual failure from left-and right wing gub'mint programs many actually came to the conclusion he was dead-on correct. What did a welfare-generation citizen have to lose from wanting to get off the plantation and control their own density?

Then he doubled-down and enraged the Left and RINOs by actually making black lives better than they had realistically ever been before in this country, and, well the left and the RINOs can't have that. No modern democrat or republican had ever dared do that before. Using black folks to cause chaos and division was and remains the plan of Democrats and RINOs alike. trump actually cared about them,. something they hadn't seen in many a decade. And many began to respect him for that. he listened to them and addressed their concerns and situation in a way that actually helped make their lives better. Democrats can't ever have black people actually do better: where are they going to get their in-the-can votes from to keep them in their irrelevant positions of power? Nope, must destroy the Orange Man lest he get their minds actually working after decades of atrophy from the publik skewels and communist-coopted "universities" they had been trained like dogs to slobber over.

So they conspired to put everyone back on their enslavement plantations, with a Communist-colluded and created pandemic straight out of their own Hollyweird scripts that sought primarily one thing: to take away freedom once and for all and collude with a small and evil group of globalist anti-humans to do it. Well, the only demons that exists are in the halls of Big Government, and they had had quite enough of the brief sunlight of actual freedom and self-desinty that the early Trump years showed were still actually quite possible.

The fact that he was willing to speak plainly and say the truth and what the average American was actually thinking was and remains refreshing in today's political world. That is why they all seem to band together to try to stifle him and put him in a box he was never apparently in: he shows the self-appointed "Emporers" have no clothes and no common sense to even desire them. Sure, "mean tweets" but always based on the underlying truths, albeit with hyperbole more of then than not. Refreshing compared to the gruel of Demokrta/RINO Fagan from Ollie twist-like that had been served more-or-less non-stop since the 1960s.

He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed. Never thought I'd see a modern American President better than Reagan was at the job (his first term, especially) which seemed previously the best we could do. Trump showed that was just the warm-up to how great a people and nation we could be. He showed it was indeed possible to be a high achiever and make America run better than ever before and it was only the beginning before they colluded to shut him down.

I'll take his faults, his occasional oddball comments, his big ego, his many divorces that at least he could afford, because at the end of the day, ALL American Citizens of all races, beliefs and backgrounds were far better under his way of running things with the glaring exception of a small and totally useless group of ruling-class entrenched in useless positions of power that need only easily be deleted to make the country run even better.

America is about the business of being Great and doing that solely through true freedom: the freedom to choose what is right and Godly, not the slavery that comes only from of choosing against it and those demons who encourage to do so in the name of false freedom that is only enslavement. Our Founding fathers understood these truths to be so obvious they were-declared self-evident: the very reason our country and governmental structure exists in the first place, despite the repeated attempts of evils that collect and collude in Leftist/socialist repositories to undo and remove it.

Truth can't be removed, it can only be delayed and twisted for a time. History proves this one thing above all else. Sometimes for a long time, yes, but victory is always certain for truth over evil, which is why we legal American citizens have hope that no matter how seemingly powerful, the Left will always end up defeated and truth, life and love will always, always ultimately prevail over their evil ideas and lies, whether the lie of open murder that is abortion, or their tearing down of leadership through twisting and deception and self-imposed programmed ignorance.

Truth and Freedom to choose the right is what we and our country were created for. Under a Creator that all who founded it or participated inn it for more than 200 years openly acknowledged it got it powers from and only could from that source. American government neither can or does create itself except in the minds of leftists who deny they origin of their being. Now, the fact they are better at self-denial than ever before does not change that fact.

If you doubt this, watch as the Rats now come to cackle and pat themselves on the back in self-congratulation to pretend what they know to be false is somehow true. It never was, never is, and never will be, and we can remain at peace in that self-evident truth.
