It's not intended to paint him in a positive light. It's also devoid of substance. He doesn't follow a rule that's never enforced. Who cares besides his hypocritical enemies looking for dirt?

They're a bad look if you want them to be. He hasn't done anything wrong. He's no worse than any of the rest of us, and a far better person than 3/4 of the Washington scum out to get him.
