Well, I certainly did make the bolded claim (and not sure 93 did either) based on this Times article.

I don't think it's a huge leap from "Alito spilled the beans over a pro-life case" to "Alito spilled the beans over a pro-life case to influence court outcomes" (note that you did get my opinion wrong). Alito.

Alito is potentially the most politically polarizing Justice at the moment - he speaks to partisan orgs (The Heritage Foundation and the Federalist Society to name two) and has openly opined on political topics (notably his views on religious liberty).

I do agree that we can't validly allege anything, but I am free to speculate all I would like :)
