I'm not a lawyer, either. It would have to be a discrimination case of some sort, with Yale law graduates being the class subject to discrimination.

From a business standpoint, I don't think it's a good idea to automatically exclude all graduates of an accredited school just to make a political point. It's not very fair to qualified graduates whose politics are not too extreme for them to be suitable for the job. But, then again, being unfair is part of the point of the exercise.
