That's fair... I'm just not sure its practical given the ability to cross state lines to do something.

Its not like crossing state lines to smoke pot... because it's not a crime to do LOTS of things in the appropriate place, but it is in others...

but if a state decides that it has an interest in protecting the unborn, does that right stop at the border?
