*sigh* Yes. I read the timeframe. Do you see that there were doctors in Texas that worried about this issue to the point of putting a patient through this PRIOR to these recent changes? Do you think that this type of thing is going to improve or get worse after these recent changes?

Seriously? It was presented as an anecdote. I thought that was obvious. I didn't think that reasonable people would have to attach a disclaimer of "This is simply an anecdote and I do not see this as the final word on this discussion nor as a complete proof of my argument". My goodness.
