That's PRECISELY what they think. I've asked a few of them and this is precisely what they are after. A court that will 'fix' laws written by congress, because they find it harder to gain and then hold 'control' of Congress.

Every step by the far left is to reduce democracy - in this case, from the 545 electees in Congress to the 9 (or more) appointees on the Scotus. The important thing is to get the results they want, means be damned. That is why I find ballot-stuffing to be a realistic possibility.
