Assuming she was looking for money from you, if I were in your position I would have replied that my pronouns are I/me/mine and that was where my money was going to stay, so good day.

I think that is in the fiber of a development officer --- much like the rat snake living in my Hill Country storm cellar eyes the cardinal fledglings peeping away and clamoring for bugs from mama cardinal in the rafters of the porch.

I've noticed that they always say the same thing when setting up the meeting -- 'I just happened to be visiting a [college friend, cousin, other family member] that lives around you and thought.....'.
