Well, the results are disproportionate, and have as much statistical validity for racism as the stats on traffic stops, but I see it as self-selection, not racism. Nobody is forcing black women to have abortions.

Disproportionality is the defining benchmark for all sorts of practices or outcomes deemed to be racist or to show racial bias. Traffic stops, incarceration lengths, hiring of policemen, whatever.
