HUH? Did you listen to her testimony? She said that there were many factors that go into it beyond the prosecutor's recommendations. Note that the prosecutor's recommendations were often themselves below federal guidelines (generally accepted as Draconian from what I understand). It also seems that her sentencing was similar to that of her peers (I don't have data to back that up... just what I've heard).

She also gave a pretty impassioned account of victim statements regarding these matters.

Where did you come up with the bolded? I find that statement truly puzzling.

As I said(Did you hear me?), I have not been following this closely. But I want to know why she choose as she did in those cases. You said she said many factors: what were the factors that lead her to make these choices? I want to know - if you don't care to know, that's on you.

You claimed that she was not saying which contradicted what happened. Where did you come up with your idea that she refused to discuss it?

From your statement "She said that there were many factors that go into it beyond the prosecutor's recommendations." If she got more specific than that, please let me know. That is what I want to know - the specifics of how she arrived at that sentence in each case.

Perhaps I can find time to find the transcript of her testimony.
