As everybody here knows, I hired 100% hispanics in my import business. This was due primarily to the local population pools being heavily hispanic and the requirement that my employees be bilingual.

It wasn't because I thought Hispanics were better than any other race.

Nobody, least of all the government, would have a problem with the lack of "diversity" displayed by the lack of Anglos in my business.

Probably though, I would have had a problem explaining to some bureaucrat in DC why I had no blacks.


BTW, in three decades never had a black applicant.

Anecdote: Once, i did accidently hire somebody who was not as bilingually fluent as I thought. Who knew a UTEP grad would have trouble speaking/understanding English? (well, maybe Tanq).
